Terms and Conditions

The aim of LBS is to provide a smooth and efficient service to its Customers and to take any frustration out of their paperwork experiences.  The terms & conditions below are to ensure that both the Company and Customer are aligned in their objectives and to allow a smooth process.

Accessing our site

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. You may not reproduce in any format (including on another website) any part of our site (including content, images, designs, look and feel) without our prior written consent.

If you print off, reproduce, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.


In order to provide the services in the package, the Customer needs to provide all necessary official, legal documents and information as requested and within the timeframes requested.  If the Customer cannot provide this information or documents then the Company cannot be held responsible for non-implementation of the service and the Customer will still be obliged to pay the service.  The Company will provide help and advice on how to obtain these documents where needed and if requested.


The Company will endeavor to keep the Customer up to date on his or her service.  Some administration processes and answers to questions can be long but any updates will be notified. The Company will not be held responsible for any interruption of this service due to technical or physical problems with the Company or to delays caused by third party suppliers including strikes.  Any interruption of service will be notified to the Customer within 48 hours.   The Customer will also be informed when service is resumed. Should the Company be unable to deliver the entire service package for unforeseeable reasons, the Customer will be reimbursed the entire service fee.


The Company works will local specialists and suppliers (Financial advisors, tax specialists, accountants, local suppliers) however it must be noted that although the Company may answer generic questions related to processes in France via the facebook page and via email however any questions that are related to tax, or legal aspects of any processes the Company cannot be held responsible for any actions taken on behalf of the customer on this generic information.  We would endeavor to recommend the services of an appropriate specialist if requested.

The Company will endeavor to find the appropriate suppliers, however, cannot be held responsible for the work or the response time of third party suppliers.

Any quotations or costs for work carried out by local suppliers are at the entire charge of the Customer.  All charges or costs of third party suppliers would be paid directly by the customer.


The Company is not responsible for the non-deliverance of the documents or for refusal of the citizenship by the authorities.  The Company will oversee and troubleshoot any issues arising with the customer but the ultimate decision is from the Government and the Company cannot be held responsible for this decision.

Service ends once the file has been accepted by the Prefecture. Should the file be refused by the Prefecture, LBS will work with the customer to understand why and re-submit the file.  If this is a legal issue with documents provided by the customer, then the customer will need to provide the documents requested by the Prefecture. If they are unable to provide these documents, then the service fee is still due in full.

If the customer starts the process then decides to stop half way through for personal reasons, then the service fee will be due in full.


Access to the private Facebook page is given to paying members only.  Information provided on this page is subject to the same conditions as indicated in these terms & conditions.  Payment for the Serenity Club is paid upfront each month by automatic direct debit and failure to pay will result in late payment fees and possible interruption of service delivery.


No information provided via facebook or any other interface used by the Company is knowingly used or shared with any third party other than to complete the service delivery.


The prices on the website are an indication of the service packs but all service request is subject to a quotation based on the customer’s situation.

 Payment for all Clarification packs are made up front before the meeting.  For other service packs, payment can be made in two installments on request.

As per French litigation law, the Company reserves the right to apply a 15% late payment fee for any invoice not paid within 14 days of receipt of invoice.

In the case of any problems, the French laws would apply for any litigation


The service fees do not include costs such as postage, translation costs for documents, transport.  Should additional costs be incurred, the customer will be informed before service undertaken 


We treat your personal data with the utmost respect and will only use the information you provide us with the complete the service delivery.

In order to assess your situation for certain processes, we will request some background information to provide a quote. This information will solely be used to give you feedback on the processes that you may need help with and to provide the service you ask for.
