Dear Annelyse and Tracy,  I have been away for a few weeks and on my return, to my delight, I have discovered my new driving licence in the post. Again, please accept my sincere thanks for bringing this to a successful conclusion after I failed over almost four years (since April 2019) to get any result. What you have done is marvellous.
