We have had a relationship with Tracy Leonetti and her staff at LBS for five years. LBS has aided us with our French Visa’s so that we have a Titre de Sejour each year and also with successfully obtaining our Carte Vitale. As Americans their service was extremely helpful due to the language barrier and the unpredictability of the Prefecture. It seems there nothing and no problem too big that LBS cant solve ! I was originally looking for someone to take the weight off all the paperwork I was trying to do for a four person (one is disabled) relocation to France, while we were busy doing a business and home renovation. It’s a lot to set up one person so truly overwhelming to try and do four! To top all of it off my daughter had a very bad accident and was in intensive care. My world ended and I thought I had been dropped on another planet with very little language skills.

When tackling the daunting prospect of moving your life to France, I can’t recommend Tracy Leonetti highly enough. Tracy suggested a video call, which gave a huge amount of clarity around all the necessary steps that lie ahead. It would have taken me months to find out what I learned in 90 minutes. We put our home in the United States on the market on May 1st last year - so it was exactly one year to the day that we offered our house for sale until we moved into our new home in France. When we began this journey, we had no visas and no idea of what it would take to move and re-settle in France. For the last year you and your team have been exceptionally helpful, informative and patient with us on our journey. We truly cannot imagine what it would have been like to attempt this on our own - and I don't want to know!

I was in the prestige club for 2 years to get help with the administration for my French micro enterprise. In addition, I got advice and support with my family's private French declarations.
I expected and received good advice and support from LBS with all administration for my French company (an micro-enterprise). What exceeded my expectations was when things got wrong due to my mistakes. One time I changed bank and forgot to give the tax authorities the new bank account. I got a penalty fee for a late tax payment. Another time I got a bit too much tax due to confusing declaration rules. Both times I got support from LBS to contact the tax authorities with relevant arguments that solved the problems. The help from LBS at those two occasions alone saved me more money than the total fee for the LBS service for two years! I want to thank LBS for great customer service!

I love living in France but French administration can sometimes be unbelievably time consuming and a real challenge, even if you speak good French. Tasks can hang over your head week after week and it can be quite daunting at times. So that’s where Tracy can step in and take away all the worry. She’s so efficient, friendly and can turn her hand to anything. You know that a ‘proper’ job will be done or you’re going to finally resolve what has seemed ‘unresolvable’ for so long!
