believes in sharing life experiences to motivate
and inspire others to make a difference in their
lives and others.
The transition to her ‘dream’ life in France was
challenging as was navigating the French

behind the creation of her relocation business

VICTORIA MERCER
MARKETING & CLIENT MANAGER
I’m the Marketing & Client Manager at LBS in France, where I combine creativity, communication, and client care to support both our team and our clients throughout their journey in France.
I’m often the first point of contact when someone reaches out to LBS. I manage the inbox, respond to enquiries, and help guide potential clients toward the right services, making sure they feel welcomed, informed, and supported from the very first exchange.
Alongside client management, I oversee LBS’s marketing and communication. This includes managing our social media platforms, maintaining and developing the website, I also work closely with our partners to ensure smooth communication and strong collaboration.

JENNIE BEATTIE
Serenity Club & Client MAnager
Serenity Club & Client Manager, specializing in business management, and healthcare.
My name is Jennie and I am the Serenity Club Manager. I have lived in France for 16 years, have bought and sold houses, run and sold businesses, educated my children and worked in a number of different fields.
As well as being a member of the LBS team, I am also a qualified nurse in both France and the UK. I love my part of France for many reasons, the scenery, the food and the weather and really enjoy walking, jogging and mountain biking and spending time at the coast.

LBS French process consultant,
specialising in visas, immigration and business set ups.
My name is Sarah and I have lived in France for over 30 years. My family are British citizens who moved to France in 1991. I have trained in many different sectors over the years but business administration, process organisation and providing assistance have always been my key strengths.
I love the challenge of working in French administration and as part of the LBS team my key areas of expertise are used in visas, immigration files and business but I can turn my hand to any French admin task!
